What does the monthly price cover?
Website & Care is C$99/month, with no setup fee. It includes up to five core pages, content shaping, design, development, hosting, basic search setup, monitoring, one monthly batch of small changes up to 30 minutes, and a monthly care summary. Larger websites and extra features are quoted separately.
Do I have to learn how to manage a website?
No. That’s what we’re here for. Share your business details, photos, and feedback, then send us changes as you need them. We handle the website work in your plan.
What if I already have a website or domain?
We can work from what you have. We review the current setup, explain what to keep or change, and plan any move with you before touching the website or domain.
What happens after launch?
We keep hosting and monitoring your website. Send new photos, changed hours, or service details in one monthly batch, with up to 30 minutes of small changes included. You receive a short monthly care summary. New pages, larger features, and work beyond the allowance are quoted before we begin.
Is there a minimum term? What if I cancel?
Yes. Website & Care has a 12-month initial agreement, billed monthly: C$1,188 minimum commitment plus applicable tax. Your proposal explains early cancellation, renewal, account access, and website handover before you commit. Your domain stays in your name.
Can you help with branding, online stores, or other tools?
Yes. Brand identity, online stores, business automation, and custom software are available as separately scoped work. We explain the price and any third-party fees before you commit.
What do you need from me, and how long does it take?
Start with a few lines about your business and a link to your website if you have one. We’ll guide you through the content, photos, and feedback we need, then agree a launch timeline around the scope and what’s ready.
Will this help customers find us?
We make your services clear and build pages that search engines can read, with useful routes to call or enquire. Search rankings, AI recommendations, and new enquiries cannot be guaranteed; ongoing marketing is separately scoped.
