How much does it cost?
Website & Care is C$89/month with no setup fee: up to five core pages, hosting, basic search setup, monitoring, one monthly batch of small changes up to 30 minutes, and a monthly report on recorded visits, genuine enquiries, and available traffic sources. The initial agreement is 12 months, billed monthly: C$1,068 minimum commitment plus applicable tax. Larger requirements are quoted separately.
Can you work with my existing website or domain?
Yes. We review what you already have and recommend what to keep, improve, or rebuild. We plan any domain connection or website move with you before changing it.
Do I need to build or update anything myself?
No. We handle the design, build, hosting, and agreed updates. You share accurate business details, any photos or brand assets you have, and feedback on the work.
Is SEO included?
Basic search setup is included: clear content, page titles, descriptions, and a sitemap. Ongoing content campaigns, business listings, and advertising are separately scoped. Rankings and enquiries cannot be guaranteed.
What about online stores or custom features?
We can help with those too. Online stores, custom integrations, full brand identity work, and extra pages are scoped and priced separately from the starting website offer.
What happens if I want to cancel?
The base plan has a 12-month initial agreement, billed monthly. Your proposal explains early cancellation, renewal, account access, and what happens to the website and hosting when the plan ends. Review these arrangements before committing.
